It is recommended that in most cases, the business should be located from home, in an executive suite, or temporary office location to keep the initial investment costs to a minimum. This business is designed to offer complete property management solutions to property owners. The concept is structured to allow a franchisee to utilize the Azari system as a base method of conducting business, while offering optional services provided and fulfilled by the Franchisor's back office. This will allow the Franchisee to focus on their strongest skillsets and operate at the highest efficiency.

A Franchisee will need to be a licensed broker or must have a Broker of Record. We can assist you in managing this process.
