Since our first restaurant opened its doors in 1981, Farmer Boys has steadily grown in both geographic reach and customer popularity. Expert Training from the Experts:
The Farmer Boys team is here to teach you, train you and guide you. We'll provide a comprehensive 12-week training program, covering both the business and food preparation aspects of running a Farmer Boys restaurant. Then we'll work with you and your employees to prepare for your restaurant's grand opening.

Ongoing Consultation:
A consultant will make periodic visits to your location to assist you with any questions, operational concerns and ideas you might have. To keep you up-to-date on industry and franchise issues, we conduct periodic seminars, meetings, special training events, monthly franchisee conference calls, and our annual franchise convention.

Advertising and Marketing:
As part of the Farmer Boys team, you'll benefit from targeted advertising campaigns and promotions. We'll also help you with local store marketing by providing strategy and materials when appropriate.

To be eligible for a Farmer Boys franchise, you must meet the following criteria:

- Have a minimum cash liquidity of $300,000.
- Have a minimum net worth of $750,000.
- Be able to obtain financing for an estimated investment of $1,600,000 - $2,000,000.
- Have prior experience in the restaurant or food service industry as an owner or manager.
- Have a passion for the Farmer Boys brand and its values.

Additionally, our successful franchisees possess strong skills in leadership, management, guest service, resilience, drive, motivation, and hands-on operation.

Future Plans

Here on the farm, strong sales and high consumer demand have propelled the Farmer Boys® brand to new heights, but we’re just getting started! So what’s next?

Current Markets:
Aside from continued expansion in our “backyard” (Southern California’s Inland Empire), we have numerous locations in development in areas that have already experienced the farm fresh goodness that we serve in our restaurants. Places like Los Angeles, Orange, and San Diego Counties, as well as Las Vegas, NV and the Central Valley of California. Customers eagerly await us fulfilling their Farmer Boys’ cravings!

New Markets:
Good news travels fast, and as such, the word is spreading about Southern California’s farm-to-table favorite, Farmer Boys! We receive inquiries every day from prospective franchisees and happy customers who visited a Farmer Boys while traveling, and want to bring the Farmer Boys experience home to their cities.
