Global Financial Services was founded over 37 years ago, providing alternative funding solutions to small and medium businesses and real estate investors.

Phil Dushey, owner and CEO has spent his career building relationships with private lenders from all over the country. He realized the value in helping businesses regardless of the economic climate, using his connections to create solutions to meet the businesses’ needs.

26 years ago, Phil started Global Church financing, a niche business, providing equipment financing to all religious organizations and non-profits. A few years later, the Global Financial Training Program was created, putting people into the finance business.

Today, Phil continues to follow his passion of helping businesses with alternative funding solutions. He sits on many boards, including the Forbes Council, speaks all over the country, and mentors’ brokers starting in the business.

Phil has built the Global team, which is made up of professionals who are highly experienced in the finance industry. His team takes a more personal approach, listening and guiding each client.
