Paisano’s Pizza Restaurants have been serving high quality, made-from-scratch’, delicious Italian fare for twenty five years.  Paisano’s is a hidden jewel  - a 25 year legacy operating throughout Virginia, Maryland & DC. Thirty Eight (38) OPERATING RESTAURANTS (14 COMPANY OWNED/24 FRANCHISE OWNED]. We do not consider ourselves an ‘Emerging Franchisor’ because of our 25 year legacy. We do – however-represent a lot of franchise sales deals moving forward.

- $ 1,300,000 - $1,400,000 AUV – generated from a small footprint (1200-1500 sq ft).

- 95 % of sales are ‘off-premises’ –  convenient for our customers and pandemic resilient.

- A Paisano’s restaurant generates its strong sales per square foot from multiple revenue sources (See Page 3), including our enhanced Catering and Group Ordering Program, mostly through seamless online orders.

- Cost to Build: Under new model: $450,000. Our smaller restaurant size lowers investment costs and, when combined with industry leading sales and a very favorable occupancy expense, generates a strong ROI. Our FDD shows a buildout range between $ 357,000 and $ 670,000. However, we are no longer building the larger restaurant model. 1500-1600 SF Model is largest footprint moving forward.

- Our FDD provides a robust Item 19, sharing sales, labor, cost of goods and net income. Our 2022 COGS range is 25% – 32%. (Month of October - Average COGS 29%) – will be inserted into FDD when we renew our registrations in the first quarter of 2023. Our 2022 labor range is 29% - 35%. Average is 31% (Month of October Labor 30%) – will be inserted when we renew our registrations in 2st quarter of 2023. Each restaurant’s kitchen is designed to fulfill our ‘something for everyone’ positioning, and includes equipment designed to make the best food possible – food that travels well.

- Our ‘Zano’sTec’ platform is a state-of-the-art in-restaurant management system, providing each restaurant with the ultimate tools for increasing sales, controlling food/labor costs; while preventing labor, food and cash theft. Zano’sTec also measures restaurant performance from every possible vantage point. 

- We empower our Operators to win by supporting them with food distribution, training, systems and a transparent culture that encourages participation by our Franchise Operators in shaping the Paisano’s Brand’s future.
