Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone that wants to run and manage a business. While not required, people with experience or in a related field such as a plumber, roofer, and construction background are ideal. You must have a minimum $50,000 liquid capital. Absentee ownership is allowed, but you must have a full time operations manager that attends the training.
